Unit Inventory
Module
All starts by defining a Site. A Site can have one or more Units, and a Unit may have multiple elements such as Unit residents and/or occupants, pre-authorized visitors, vehicles, etc. B-Secure makes it easy to keep manage and track of Units and its elements.
Visitors Registration
Module
The Visitor Registration module allows security personnel to register any visit and document if the Unit owner or responsible party authorizes the entrance.
Incident Reporting
Module
The security personnel can register an incident regarding a unit or one of its elements and the resident owner or responsible party can track its status. The incident is automatically assigned to the responsible party and both Unit owners and security personnel are notified of incident status.
